      Not stuck in the office, a high level of independence in creating work day, need for creativity and constantly different problems to solve

      Cons

      First year and half is usually the toughest time for new supervisors with no previous experience in the industry. Work can quickly swamp your life and 50-60 hour weeks are easy to fall into.

      Poor management, horrible culture, some of the managers dont have basic mannerisms, a laid back company, restructuring is very much needed. Employee benefits are pathetic, two days work from home in a month.
