      MInorites has a better chance at job opportunities can take more days off and get more breaks to complete work then others and men get promoted

      Cons

      Stressed work area not consistent work espectations. People making decisions dont know or care enough in what their doing give opportunities to people without experience or know how. Too many people and leaders out and unable to understand or follow basic work flow.
