      Tuition assistance, employee discounts on many different items through company wide partnerships.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE management. From branch manger to higher management. You get the feeling that no one cares about the worker, but more about the numbers.

      The people...where else can you go where people have stayed with the company for 40+ years? The company is one that allows you to run your own business. Otis is also a place where you can define your career path. You want to stay in one office for your whole career, go ahead. You want to see the world, go ahead. You define your adventure and the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      It is a large company and change is slow. We are behind the times when it comes to technology. In addition, we are a service business...so there is never a day off.
