Good conditions, you do get looked & paid EBA rates etc.

I can only speak for construction. Managements opinion on you isn’t always accurate. This is where being a big company has it’s downside. All it takes is for someone not to like you, or for you to make a mistake, and the word gets around. A lot of the time management don’t realise how hard you work. There is sometimes a disconnect between the people in the office and us out in the field.
