      Pros

      Peers are great to work with and it’s a great team. Great work life balance and generous PTO

      Cons

      Lots of turnover, can be high stress, little support, commission structure changed for the worse, opportunity for upward mobility is squashed if you don’t have an in.

      The local branch has some great people.

      Cons

      -The company changes commission structure every other quarter and is impossible to track for reps (on purpose) -The companies strategy is to sell everything and do no maintenance, which leads to some horrible conversations with customers when you are not honoring your contracts. -There's little to no room for growth vertically in the company for YEARS with regional manager positions being eliminated. -Company targets cheaper labor from colleges and runs them hard for 2 years, most either move on after 2 years or get forced out.
