      Pros

      Industry leader in products and cultural values. Good place to start a career and gain technical experiences. Great place for those seeking to be a part of diverse teams.

      Cons

      Losing top talent, both voluntarily and involuntarily due to organizational restructuring. Company used to have excellent leadership with strong industry knowledge, however, has quickly turned into a top-heavy org with more “leaders” supervising and tasking the “doers” (likely due to lack of industry knowledge and unattainable targets)… a system that could fail if not fixed soon.

      Great work environment for office personnel. Employee scholar program after 1 year of employment. It paid for my bachelor degree. Competitive pay for new hires.

      Cons

      Annual pay raise is minimal. Lack of pay adjustment for current employees. HR department is slow and unorganized.
