      Good pay and benefits. 1 week shut down in December.

      Cons

      As a salary individual, ZERO training. Poor work hours, culture, motivation, support and help. Constantly on call. Cannot be away from work phone.

      Friendly staff and a good sense of team spirit from shop floor level to the first layer of supervision/management.

      Cons

      Terrible contract. Can short time staff with 1 weeks notice onto 70/80% of pay. With only one customer JLR this has happened. Salaried roles don’t pay overtime and due to excessive workloads, to keep up with deliverables expect to work 10+ hours per week over you payed contractual hours. Little to no development or prospects.
