      My team and manager are very reasonable and great to work with

      Retention and hiring is down significantly Company is so fixed on saving money that they are losing money Too Focused on short-term gains Company is aiming too far into future innovation (hydrogen, fuel cells, etc.) Disconnect in communication between NA Office and HQ in France

      No health and safety. Parts before people. An immature and poorly educated team of children in place as management. Managerial positions given to babysitters of higher management
