Beware: Buena Park campus is great, but will be shut down and moved to Michigan

- 4/10 work week! - friendly employees that want to help you - good work life/balance in most departments - beautiful facility - 4 free vitamins a month! - company cafeteria - company gym! - Buena Park is a relatively nice city in a good location in LA

Cons

- fair warning: they will shut down Buena Park and move it to Michigan - be prepared for annual layoffs as they move entire teams to MI (op model) - C level leaders are awful, they create impotent strategies, for example "double the number of platinums" which was a complete failure or "Amway Next" which is a strategy that not a single employee can articulate. You can't print more than 100 pages per day which is a cost savings idea that C level leaders came up with
