Can't beat the 4 day work week. A good place to start to develop your skillset to really fill your resume.

Cons

Contractors get left out of a lot of things. No access to onsite gym or company store. Not part of employee meetings or employee day-a-ways. Not included as part of the off-site lunches that sometimes happen for people's birthdays or other events.
