Stupidities are floating inside the company and become dominant in most time.

They say they have a certain culture, but this facility doesn't follow the culture,. Management has no people manage skill, or early enough skill for there job, they will say the want you to be open, honest and direct, but when your are they get upset, don't hold employee responsible for their actions. No chance of advancement if in skill trade, will expect you to do your job plus everyone else job if on the off shift, with no extra pay. Most leader lack the skill needed to be good leader so the employee play them, and they allow it. Very cult menatiltiy in the "team building" exercise. When I was there I was treated with disrespect, and my reputation was demeand many times. If you leave you get screwed out of benefits like vacation, so make sure it gone before you leave
