Pros

First class products Good Heritage Good service offerings Good marketing Respected conferences Excellent nursing service Well respected company in the marketplace Danone vouchers for employees Efficient expenses system Good benefits - buy holidays, insurance, healthcare, child care vouchers etc

Cons

Management ruining a previously great company - strategy and business model flawed in a competitive marketplace. Inexperienced management Treated like children - very adult-child communication Unhappy and discontented employees Constantly changing the goalposts on strategy and focus from quarter to quarter. Poor car policy Pay scale all over the place across different roles On boarding a nightmare - lengthy, fractured process Bullying culture Very hierarchical structure - unable to have frank discussions with senior management without being reprimanded by lower level management Dreadful travel/accommodation booking process Losing many many experienced, respected, loyal employees through poor leadership and management but no concerns over this until a lot of business is lost Promote employees into positions that are clearly not ready for or respected for Knee-jerk reactions - reactive rather than proactive Unwilling to listen to feedback - received negatively Infighting between departments Very different cultures across different departments within the company - supposed to be OneDanone? No such thing in Nutricia. Pointless and endless teleconferences justifying other people's existence Don't follow their own codes or mission statement - just pay lip service to it A company where everyone is focused so much on their own performance review that they have lost sight of the bigger picture

Pros

Organise own diary Team members ok- all in same boat

Cons

They want experience nurses but only willing to pay a pittance and rely on the goodwill of the nurse to make up shortfalls Revolving door of staff leaving so constantly understaffed and senior management don't seem to care- just keep giving unachievable targets Expected to work exceedingly long hours, no overtime or time back Pushed into volunteering for weekend overnight shifts which are poorly paid £10 hr Very little support and blame culture from higher managment
