Pros

If you enjoy playing games, like musical chairs or pin the tail on the donkey this is your dream job. You will be surrounded by "leadership" whose intellect and decorum equates to that of pre-school children. The pro to that is, they are easy to outwit, making the "job" manageable. If you have a sense of humor, this place will provide you with endless laughs as you watch these clowns try to navigate through the most simple tasks. You can travel around the country, even the world on Nutricia's dime and call it your individual development.

Cons

- countless unproductive and unnecessary conference calls, unformatted reports requesting useless information created by colleague who need to satisfy a box on their performance plan. - placed on "committees" requiring additional work which amounts to nothing actionable, again to appease someones yearly review. - unless you conform to the ways of the narcissistic, unmedicated sociopaths who consider themselves "leaders", you will quickly become a target. At the end of the year, they will sit in a room and "calibrate" the sales team. It's deplorable, unethical and vile. The hypocrisy and bravado seeping from the room is unfathomable. All of which is suppose to be "confidential". Nothing is confidential here except the infidelity which runs ramped within this organization. Even those escapades eventually come to light. - due to the unskilled leaches who camp here for years, knowing they would never survive in a real organization, there is a lot of CYA type of behavior starting from the very top. - during your interview process you will be informed of the numerous "opportunities" you will have should you be lucky enough to be accepted into their clown college. This is only one example from their disillusioned rhetoric. - dishonesty is the core of the culture at Nutricia.

Pros

Good products!!!!!! That is it unfortunately. Nothing else. If you want to be treated like the dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe for doing your work then this is your place. If you like to work with a management team who lies then this is your place.

Cons

Management. Lack of solid leadership. Very high school and cliquish. Absolutely no professionalism. A lot of lies and covering up. The most unethical organization I have ever been a part of.

Pros

Seem to value opinions but never take action . Good benefits. 401k . People seem nice.

Cons

It’s really a cult. They pick on the new employees and play games . Hire great people but beat them up. They play favorites and management has no idea what they are doing. Constantly mimicking and being a me too chasing competition. Unfair practices from HR with their talented older staff just to boost a managers ego. Hire young and weed out the old. Cannot seem to make a profit for their European dictators.
