Pros

Great benefits. 8% 401 K match, 6-month maternity leave. Parent company is Danone

Cons

The higher ups tend to treat their minion unfairly. Lots of turn over due to specific key players that make it bad for the rest of them. Their HR favor certain employees and unfairly make poor decisions.

Pros

Easy to hide and not be accountable

Cons

Office politics - behaviours acceptable by some were unacceptable and grounds for dismissal for others. Advancement seems to be based on who is favoured rather than ability.

Pros

Very few, if you are looking for a non strategic environment where there is little accountability or care, then this is the perfect place to work.

Cons

Deeply imbedded in crowd, highly authoritarian, highly sensitive individuals with few qualifications for the roles they occupy. 99% of employees are caucasian with no managers of non-caucasian origin.
