      Pros

      The cookies in the cafeteria are really good.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and trust. Management sets very high expectations, as they should, but those responsible for the job have zero to little support. If a problem does arise, the management teams sweeps it under the rug until it becomes a bigger problem and then focuses on blame rather than a solution. The technology is terrible. Also, any updates or change in policy is never well thought out and ends up leading to more issues.

      Staff works well together, Try to keep floors well staffed, Will work with you on your schedule as you can fill it out, opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Difficult and time-consuming charting system, Only 4 call outs allowed, management is a little unorganized, Are not always well staffed even though they try to be, Parking in employee parking lot takes a while to get inside work.

      Northside is a great place to start your career in healthcare. Especially with less than a year experience.

      Cons

      Very long hiring process to get a position at Northside Hospital but it paid off at the end.
