I really enjoy my work environment and it's the staff that truly makes each day worth it.

Cons

It appears that the management structure of the company hinders employees from sharing their concerns or ideas with higher management. Unfortunately, it seems that the company does not prioritize retaining valuable employees by providing competitive compensation. Instead, employees are viewed as replaceable components, which is quite discouraging.

HORRIBLE UPPER MANAGEMENT

The fact that they offer a pension plan

Cons

Horrible upper management overseeing formerly private practices. Worst experience with these so called "professionals." Run a hospital that claims to be non-profit, "for the people", yet low salaries and higher management making all the profit. Worst billing office I have ever experienced. DO not work or go to this hospital.
