Pros

When you first start everyone was nice until it was time to do work.

Cons

They’re buying all of these small practices but the practices are still operating under there own rules. The doctor’s within the office was very rude & when I contacted HR they did nothing about it. He would reject seeing medicare patients. I notified HR of this as well they did nothing. HR has a portal where you contact them and they never responded to my messages. I requested a transfer multiple times they ignored the request. Also a week after discussing with my office manager that I would be resigning I was terminated. Very unprofessional. Then once I finally did speak with someone in HR they claimed they never got any complaints.

Pros

Close to home. Good benefits for a job close to home. But do you need benefits?

Cons

Unbelievable lack of communication. You will be in the dark. If you’re not a nurse, you will get treated like a doormat. If you are, you’ll be paid well enough to be treated like one. No sick time off, and don’t ask to actually use the pto you bank, and don’t ask off to see the doctor so you can actually use the benefits you pay for. Parking is a nightmare and management actively tickets $25 fines. Don’t try to climb a ladder - you won’t be approved because they can’t replace you. They’ll find 799 reasons to keep you right where you started. Patients come from all over because the hospital is newer. Most are primary care seekers. Constant complaining from patients about wait times. No way to keep up with all the multiple orders of nonsense. Cafeteria is useless, expensive and items frequently expired. Don’t look for food after 4pm.

Pros

Well known hospital around Georgia

Cons

There are so many.. no real HR to assist w/ issues with management. Management really does what they want with no consequences. The directors are terrible and very unprofessional.
