Little concern for abiding by companies policies. Abuse from supervisor is allowed. HR is impotent .Attrition is a mainstay. They will say it’s due to CoVID but it’s due to an abusive culture. Safety issues within outpatient areas are not addressed.

Northside is money hungry company that does not care about its employees or its patients. They will screw staff over if it means they will save a dollar. Northside makes it clear you are not an associate, you are simply an employee and your opinion is not valued or wanted, in fact its actually frowned upon. Since the northside buy-out patient care has dramatically declined as well as increased staff stress and unhappiness. There is a rule for literally everything. I would never come to work for Northside unless it was my absolute last option. Northside is always firing someone or moving things around so there is never any stability when coming to work.
