Supportive culture and learning opportunities, but pressure on staff by Global head office

- Lovely people and good culture - Opportunities to learn new skills - Pay rate good for casual work

Cons

- Global Head Office and new senior management overseas focused solely on profit and making people work harder with less - Some challenging staff in a particular team and not much action done to address that.

Very good benefits, a car and regular updates with leadership.

Cons

All five people who interviewed me for the job were laid off within 18 months of my employment. Private equity so they seem to be cutting expenses by off-shoring and using AI more and more. Probably prepping to sell the parts and the brand.
