Cons
Experience is heavily dependent on manager. Many Directors are poor people managers. "Academy" company but only those that talk about their "awesomeness" are successful. Work life balance is not the best. Unrealistic goals that can get in the way of satisfying clients. Outsourcing of jobs to other countries to save cost--some outsourcing is great but they haven't found the right balance. Blindly outsource because it is a goal of upper management.
