      - Minneapolis LPM team is absolutely fabulous, everyone works hard and has each others' backs - Great benefits package (401k match, solid health plan with discount opportunities, ample time off, company car) - Flexible work-from-home schedule - Very supportive leadership in Minneapolis, for both Field and Membership Reps

      Cons

      - Difficult to maintain both margins and healthy work/life balance - Lot of technical issues, for both representatives and households - Increasingly difficult to find homes that recognize/trust Nielsen
