      Engineering jobs are all going to India

      - none as of this writing

      - everyone’s role in the tech orgs will be shifted to India eventually so people from other regions of the world shouldn’t bother trying to get a job - work culture has become toxic as they’re letting go of people with years of experience in order to move the tech org to India and hiring people there without as much experience - company goals are just to save money as a private equity owns the company now. And so it’s all about making the company look good in the books, no real goals

      No pros unless you like good office space

      Cons

      People are getting laidoff left and right within year of hire, they think they're recruit IIM folks and it will save the company. Core cash cow business is in the decline and no customer retention can be seen. New executive leadership know each other from previous companies and are only here to bring byjus like culture.
