I strongly advise against working for this company. The management is poor and there's a complete lack of respect. During the job interview, I was very honest with them, but they were not honest with me. They promised proper training and onboarding, but I only received two days of training for the entire operational process—an unrealistic timeframe for anyone to learn everything. After that, I was left completely on my own. Whenever I asked my manager for help with tasks I wasn’t familiar with, she simply replied that she didn’t have time. Eventually, I was terminated during the trial period, just two weeks after I had started working independently. The reason? According to the manager, "the Italian market was too big and important for them, and they didn’t have time to provide me with proper training." For your own well-being and peace of mind, stay away—especially if you're considering working for the Italian market.
