Interesting technology, some good people, great pay and benefits

Cons

No training. No support. Constantly upping the ante, but not providing any assistance on achieving it. Reworking company mission every 6 months, changing management constantly, no consistency. HR says, "if you don't like what you are doing, don't worry, it'll change in a few months anyway". Not a great place for women to work.

Working closer to different people around globe. Interesting products to work with.

Really small office. Having to use MS Exchange is not a good thing. Drag-and-drop solutions make me miss actual coding.
