Company grew too fast without making proper adjustments. Acquisitions of smaller companies were not done well.

Pros

Can do approach embedded in company DNA, very intelligent and success driven employees, appreciation for talent, company is trying hard to move forward and break into new markets which is very exciting and challenging to those involved.

Cons

Culture is a bit aggressive and if you let people push you around , they will. NICE usually acquires a few companies each year so PMI's create a mess and in general the company is not a big believer in structured processes and things keep changing constantly.

Cons

Very little care for personal life, literally 24/7, although not in all positions. Disorganized, requires much internal work to bring the backoffice processes to the required level
