      Pros

      1) GTC in Pune is new, so lots of learning opportunities. 2) Work environment, 3) Goodies once a while.

      Cons

      1) While the world is moving forward and encouraging work from home options for employees, NICE Pune is holding back on this. In a place like city like Pune, one spends 3 hours a day in traffic. Agreed, for some roles, one has to be in office, but I think they have to a little relaxed about Working From Home option.
