A team-centric organization, where the team drives the product right from technology selection, estimations, product releases, support, etc. Great technology exposure.

Cons

Too aggressive sales and worse priority management cause problems in release management. Works as a service-based firm than a product-based. The cash-rich firm acquires 1-2 competitors every quarter, just looking at the feature quantity and neglecting product quality.
