      Pros

      Nothing that you can remember.

      Cons

      1) Internal politics specially in Compliance team 2) The managers and PO give lip service to directors and do the politics. 3) HR is of no use. 4) They claim during interview that they have cutting edge products and work, but when you join it is worst work. 5) Many teams are run as slaves.

      1. Company gives small gifts to keep up the morale. Lots of Tshirts, Goodies. 2. Some Projects run on latest tech stack.

      Cons

      1. Very horrible set of senior leaders, directors. 2. Directors were so bad that they had to put a director from Israel on top of them to mentor them. 3. Too much politics for no reason, managers are like pawns. Directors unnecessarily weigh heavy and put their pre-conceived notion in everything. 4. Specially beware of a lady director who is technologically challenged, but micro manages and makes things super messy.
