Professional and well-structured company overall. The work processes are organized, expectations are clear, and people really take ownership, which makes day-to-day work much smoother and less chaotic. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, which I personally enjoy a lot - there’s always something new happening, along with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and explore AI tools and technologies. I really like the fact that the company encourages continuous learning and self-development.

Cons

Nothing major - like any large company, there are always small things that could be improved, but overall the experience has been very positive for me.
