      Pros

      Good work-life balance and a flexible hybrid model with three days working from home. The people are friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Teams collaborate well, and there is a supportive atmosphere across the organization. Management is approachable, and my manager is supportive and genuinely cares about employees. Overall, the company has a positive culture that values both performance and people.

      Cons

      Some processes can occasionally be more complex due to the size of the organization, but this is fairly typical in a large corporate environment.

      Pros

      Working at NiCE has been a very positive experience so far. It challenges you in the right ways and pushes you to tap into your potential. It’s definitely fast-paced, and I’ve seen the organisation evolve and grow, including leadership changes, while still maintaining alignment and clarity. That consistency builds trust and helps you stay connected to the bigger picture. With the advent of AI, NiCE has stepped up in a big way. The shift towards an AI-first culture is visible across learning programmes, day-to-day work, and the tools available to help employees build an AI mindset. Overall, it’s been a meaningful journey so far, and I’m looking forward to what’s ahead.
