Cons
1)Local Management is a rubber stamp in the hands of global management. 2)Global Management especially the one based in Israel is highly paranoid of what its team members are doing in India since they don’t have enough experience & trust in how to manage remote teams. Moreover, they themselves feel insecure in passing their knowledge to remote teams since it might affect the continuity of their employment. They are highly rude & often disguise their rudeness & lack of empathy by giving the reason that they are inherently straight forward & that is a part of Israeli culture. 3)In order to have visibility the global management relies on the feedback which the local site head gives which may not reflect the correct picture since the site head himself is dependent on his own internal sources. 4)They are unethical in variable payout & appraisals and they are influenced by your proximity to the local site head. 5)In case you are part of the senior management & for some reason you are unable to meet the customer/project expectations then they might hire your replacement without even giving you any opportunity to present your case. Alternatively, they can demote you also. 6)Full &Final settlements are not paid on time. 7)Cab Facility is pathetic to say the least. The cabs are constantly changing. The Facilities employees need extensive training on how to interact with employees including basic English speaking writing. They lack basic etiquette & mannerisms. 8)They are using age old tools for employee expenses & the local A/P team is highly unprofessional and rude when it comes to clearing the employee expenses on time. Even though they send emails trying to convince that they have improved processes, the ground reality is something very different. They always take the cover of policy & are very impractical. 9) HR is nonexistent for others, to say the least, since they are only focused on one particular business unit.
