Pros

Not many, The average Joe and Jane are helpful.

Cons

Let's start with pay, if you like making 50% less than market rate NICE is the place for you. The solutions engineering team leadership is just awful. We are all over the place, certify on a product and never sell it. Let great people go for made up reasons. Never get a raise. Never get promoted. You have a one in a million chance at presidents club. I hit well over 100% of quota and was told too bad we only have room for so many SEs. That is 100% crap. Way to make me work harder. I have started to interview. I am finding that pay for someone with my experience is $180 - $220K plus commission. I have three second interviews with potential companies in the next, any one of them is a better fit. I fell like I have wated 5 years at NICE.

Thank you for sharing your experience. At NiCE, we’re all about fostering a positive work culture for our employees, with meaningful opportunities to learn and grow in their role. Our compensation and bonus structure remains above industry benchmarks. Even during recent global challenges when many companies paused bonuses and merit increases, NiCE continued to offer both. We recommend that you reach out to your manager / HR business partner in order to discuss your specific concerns.

Pros

Smart people, strong brand in the space, interesting product

Cons

Lack of transparency around performance management and job stability. I was terminated for “performance reasons” after a short tenure without receiving prior documented feedback, formal warnings, or a performance improvement plan. There was no opportunity to remediate concerns before termination. There appeared to be leadership changes and shifting priorities, which made roles feel much less stable than advertised. Decisions felt top-down and procedural, with limited communication or discussion.
