Overall great strategy in having an end to end portfolio of solutions.
Cons
-Not a Sales led company but an Ops based company -Beware on how they change how they decide to pay you regardless of the comp plan-its a moving target. -Very Military and fear based management style -High Turnover Rate in Sales and Delivery Teams -Have not integrated to the cloud with all of their solution portfolio -No clue on how to run and deliver on a Cloud based platform -There is a reason why most of their clients are not happy -As a salesperson you sell something and then pay for it for the implementation timeline -Management does not care about delivery to customers
