its not the problem only with me but with everyone in entire MIS-IT and work pressure is Tremendous
1) The Isreali team members with in MIS-IT will never give you access to any system including Server-Storage-Switch-Firewall
2) when they give you access that will be limited like read-only
3) if there is any implementation project itself in Pune then Israel team will work on that but they will never involve you in any area. where you will provide support to them based on tickets and tickets are not at all important from MIS-IT perspective.
4) You will be asked to work only on tickets and MIS-IT management doesn't see that is important which will put your carrier at risk.
5) NO carrier growth at all because MIS-IT management seats in Israel and they dont think this office is just to provide low cost labour.
6) company started in Jul-2015 and there are no trainings happened for anyone skill enhancement for any any employee in MIS-IT Pune
7) NICE dont have any IT process like ITIL and they dont want to implement it.
8) NICE dont have any Security Process or Standard like ISO27001, you will not believe they dont have any full time security person in entire company.
9) if you see any hardware in nice then it is out of warranty with no support from manfacturer like Cisco-HP-Netapp then they will ask you to fix it.
10) NICE dont want to invest anything in their staff for their skill enhancement because they dont need that.
11) they use obsolete technology which no one use, so after 1 or more years even you will become obsolete.
12) Israel team members are rude & onn-helping nature, they are so afraid of losing their jobs & thet is the reason they dont share any knowledge and they will create obstacles in your path where either you will leave or do exactly what they ask.
13) Israel team members never share their knowledge and that is the reason they dont have any documentation for any offices they have. that is just great.
14) please contact someone before joining this company so you will see the reality
15) No salary appraisals even you will get bonus cut or either no bonus every year just to save the money and convert into profit.
16) The HR only do the recruitment and they dont know how to solve if a employee have any issue. no HR at nice.
17) NICE only buy Desktops and then they will ask you to work late hours because you cant work from home because you dont have laptop.
18) NICE is all about hire low cost labour like in british-raj with no benefits.
19) NICE HR says we provide standard facilities where i cant imagine with whom they did the comparison. No work from home, if work on weekend then no money or comp off, no free food, no gym reiumbersement, no education assistance, no trainings, no lunch or dinner or any events.
20) There are much more things but i guess you should first get in touch with someone before joining this company.
