      The compensation package is decent

      Cons

      Despite being a global and large Tech organisation, they are very disjointed and siloed. Sales and Services are not integrated at all. Product does not communicate to sales. Bombastic marketing messaging not matched by product or reality making sales a challenge.

      Not a place you wanna work

      Team members are great people.

      Cons

      Mgmt needs to learn to be nice to their employees, treat them as human beings not like work horses. The work expectation is work before life balance. Remote working is non-existent. They believe you cannot get work done unless you are being micro-managed and in your seat in the office.

      No two days are the same!

      Pros

      Working at NICE is challenging! (in a good way) At NICE, no two days are the same, there is lots of learning, and the opportunity to work with many different teams within the company to come together to deliver for our customers, and be able to see the benefit the solution brings to the customer. We are not 'micro-managed', so this allows us to shape our role, to do the best for the business, whilst being clear on what the business goals are.
