      NICE is not as nice as it use to be.

      Pros

      Great technology. Hard working middle management and subordinates. Many opportunities to learn leading-edge technology.

      Cons

      Bias exists between senior management and non-Israli employees. Their most recent additions to senior management are ineffective leaders from other industries with very little experience in this industry. They do not seem to posses the right skills to lead large teams of professionals. NICE no longer puts clients or employees first and this, coupled with the harsh attitudes of senior management towards non-Israeli employees is giving NICE a notorious reputation as a terrible place to work.
