Where do I start? Bro culture Everyone talks about everyone behind their back Middle management is worthless In order to be successful you have to be a yes man Good luck if your a female and you want to move up- they won’t hire you Everyone is tied to everyone is some way and can only move up if you were best friends with someone or served a mission Comp plans - don’t make any sense and you actually make less in 2022 compared to 2021 They pay less then their competition Every other month they keep talking about working in the office- just stop talking and focus on us working from home the past two years. Give us the equipment we need Cheap company that keeps talking about how much money they have made but won’t pay their people. Only come here if you want to get a better job elsewhere

For those who are reading Glassdoor to help you decide to work at NICE.. just don’t work here. If you want to get into the contact center- there are better places to work. Any “positive” review that you see that has “Utah” next to it cannot be real. After talking to people who work there, they are miserable and those who have left are so thankful to be gone. Some good people are still there but they will soon all leave. I was told to just be an AE for two years and then work somewhere better. Save yourself the stress and work somewhere better. I promise- you will be happy you never went to NICE. Base pay sucks and they just don’t pay you commission since they have to “figure it out”. Good luck if you take a job here
