My Experience at Ness ,Hyderabad only
Pros
In time salary,don't have lots of meetings, Bangalore,Mumbai branches are good as i heard in compared to Hyderabad.They have good number of projects and good work culture too.Ness is best known if you are in its Bangalore or Mumbai branch.My part of experience was for Hyderabad only.
Cons
Management is bad in the sense they are not alerted on market change, Hire and Fire policy in Hyderabad branch only,They don't have backup plan for a resource who goes to resource pool,They fire him when resource goes ramp down from Project as if its the resource responsibility to get new project to the company and this thing happen in Ness as its own culture.Very Kanjusss too in terms of facilities, Don't want to elaborate it though.All nice poster hanging around the walls inside the company are just mirage.Some of the managers are promoted serving long at Ness and don't deserve in manager role.They don't even know how to speak or write in proper English. Local language is spoken in business meetings.Last and not least they don't do exit interviews because they accept their faults and don't let you speak .
