      Depends on EDC/Projects. Some projects offer you great learning curve and growth. Offers a good salary and work life balance.

      Cons

      Very few onsite oppurtunities are available. a good relationship with your manager is must required. Management is not so good in catering to empoyees request

      1. Good compensation 2. Good work if luckily get some good ISV to work with 3. It works like Managed Software Labs for small product development companies in US to get a chance to work in Product environment. Similar to Aditi Technologies.

      Cons

      1. No formal training for freshers 2. Need self motivation for grow in career path
