      - Flexible timings depends on the EDC. - You always get prompt and timely response only from Finance and IT Department. - You get recognized for your work.

      Cons

      - Human Resource team is really disappointing. - Senior Management commits to the client on the delivery without having the insight on the client requirements or consulting the technical team. As a result we will always have unrealistic deadlines to meet. - A Nessian might get paid Rs. X, while the lateral hire might get Rs. 2X for the same role.
