Pros

- Very good, friendly atmosphere. - Good opportunity to work through ideas to implementation through the management - the management structure is very flat, this contributes to simplicity. - Opportunity for rapid technological and career growth. - Diverse projects for the largest customers in the country. - Very strong middle management group that literally breathes for the company and projects - Ability to work from home

Cons

- The focus on the technology stack is changing with the opportunity of customer projects - this is logical, however it may not suit everyone

Pros

• Compensation / Salary - Compensation is very much as per market trend and they normalize the salaries for tenured employee in case they fall behind the market. • Environment - - Work environment is very healthy and one gets all the tech help they seek within the stipulated time. - Both management and teams here are very collaborative and they believe in the concept of Employee Ownership. - They believe in listening to every employee voice irrespective of the level. • Work Stability - I almost completed a decade here and there are many more tenured employees. - Company is committed towards providing consistent, high quality work on continuous basis. - As far as job security is concerned, this is one of the best companies to provide it. - They have clients in varied demographics and they aren't dependent on particular demographic for the work, which makes a very good case for the stable and consistent workstream. - They also have various tech/non-tech forums which caters to employee needs from all perspectives. - Projects closure/ramp downs are part n parcel of IT, but they manage there resources so well so that even before ramp down or project closure, most of the team members gets assigned to new work. - They also have capacity of certain level of bench strength which they call it "Tech Force". - They encourage all the employee to do various certifications which helps in career growth and to the company in a broader perspective.

Cons

There are none I could mention here, it is simply because they have one of the lowest attrition rate and high no of tenured employees.
