      First experience in a company as the junior solution developer

      Pros

      Good company in general. Positive and friendly environment. People are polite and helpful. Management wants you to stuff with the most experience as they can. There are lot of trainings of excellent quality. Understandable process of onboarding and lot of time for hands on training.

      Cons

      In the beginning you will feel tired if you are not immediately involved in a project at a customer. Not my case but there are rumors about not flexible salary raising. But it is a global thing. Otherwise here you can expect your personal progress in IT field under well known brand.
