      Ness keeps employees motivated, a healthy work life balance and a feeling of belonging. Very excited with the TechTribe innovative program which lets the employees to come up and be able to say I am as competent as somebody else is and I have that extra edge to add and contribute. The program engages and brings like minded individuals to share information and that brings an element of interest. I can tell this is the best place to work.
