      I joined ness with around 14years of IT experience and its been my 3rd year here. I'm having wonderful experience so far and would like to emphasis on few points that I observed. 1. Projects/products are on all Cutting edge technologies/tools in all the client engagements. 2. People First/Employee centric - Collective decisions based on the employee feedback/survey which benefits the employees. 3. Encourages Upskilling continuously by providing the scheduled trainings and Certifications - with a planned and published calendar. 4. Internal Platforms/avenues for all kinds services/engagements / appreciations / learning/ information to the employees 5. Hassle free and transparent Performance assessment system and well laid out development plans for individuals. 6. Compensation benefits are best in the industry and no variable pay concept. 7. Great leadership team with, - huge experience levels with sound knowledge on technologies - Very approachable and Regular connects with the employees. - Delivery managers are actually Engineering Managers and provides technical insights/solutions as required. 8. Work life balance - really mean it. 9. Huge pool of opportunities -- be it client engagements, technology/ community(Dev/QA/POPM) shifts

      1.Its been pleasure working with Ness, the best part I loved about Ness is their skill up programs, every annual year you will be given opportunities to skill up depending on your role in the organization. 2. As an organization Ness always strive in recognizing the employee efforts and rewarding/awarding them. 3.Work life balance is also good, there will be little pressure during production deployments like you have with any other organization. 4. The annual hikes are really high comparative to the other organizations and I'm pretty satisfactory in hike terms.

      Cons

      1. I feel the number of paternity leaves should be increased, 3 paternity leaves would be very less for a father to look after his/her new born. 2. 90 days notice period for permanent employees, I feel it should be decreased to 60 days atleast.
