Pros
I have been with ness more than a year. I was hired for nodejs and aws. But I got opportunities to work on Big data or data engineering Spark, Databricks with Scala. Enough time was given and training to hon up these skills. I was also involved in python based projects. I also took interviews and was able to meet some really exciting colleagues whom we later onboarded. We were trained and certified on SAFE recently. Learning is actually very exciting in ness and opportunities are abundant.
