      Pros

      A good organization with good pay, growth and learning scope. Have lot of trainings sessions internally to upskill and they encourage to learn by providing the needed recourses. Good work life balance (Depends on Project).

      Cons

      I work on PEGA Project, Scope of the project vary from time to time. Some time feels unsecure about project continuation. Response from management is not that quick.
