      - Location of the Bangalore office. - Flexible working hours. - No Variable pay. - Attractive compensation if joined as early as possible.

      Cons

      - No yearly hikes. - Less number of projects. - U will be given dummy interviews if u r come to Bench. Hence the only way out is to get out of the company.

      Good people that are trying their best to do well by the client. Good client case studies

      Cons

      The management is just a shell game. It is all controlled by the VC. The VC execs that own the company have destroyed the culture and drive. They continue to handcuff the org and sell off all they can. Many of the good people have left or were fired during the constants shuffle.
