      Pros

      Giving you good hike at the time of joining if you are immediate joiner, Work culture is good for few projects but it is worst for Many projects Like Accuplacer, Aimsweb etc.

      Cons

      Worst work culture for Project like Accuplacer. Not getting timely increments but even if you got A or B rating. Absence of motivation factors to team members from Management.

      Pros

      Flexible timing. Work life balance unless you are unlucky to be in a fix bid project.

      Cons

      No salary hike for 20 months, only God knows when and who will get salary hike. No bench policy. Clients are not ready to replace if someone leaves a project.

      Nothing +ve.. Only good for existing employees.. No growth plan.. mainly more firing in Ness HYderabad.

      Cons

      Managers will promise you that the project is for 3 to 4 years, but the work will be actually for 2 to 3 MONTHS only.After that you will be removed. No job security for any employee.. Only short-term poc modules,but company not able to get the real projects.. No one will tell you that the project is for only 3 months.. They will bluff.. As if it's running from past 4yrs.. And will run for next 3yrs for sure.. But the fact is its the account not the projects.. All the technology stack is of 10 yrs old.. So nothing to learn.. The projects are all such.. no other company wants to work on.. No pipeline projects.. …
