      Pros

      Company policies were good. Transport was free at Mumbai location. Goodies, gift were distributed on regularly. Good take home salary. No variable pay.

      Cons

      No hikes during 2008-10. Very few projects. Many employees asked to work on deputation. Transfer from one location to other is impossible.

      Lot of Politics No Bench policy Management cares only about billing e.g. if employee has dropped resignation and in need of early release and his/her replacements are in place the Management wont provide release as the employee is billable resource.
