The pros and cons really depends on project and team in which you are. On some projects there is a really good work/life balance, ability to work with modern technologies and great culture.

Cons

However most of the employees are nice, in some teams you need to work with really negative people. But it is normal in every big company. Like in other enterprise companies, there is some bureaucracy, which can be annoying. Some of the managers don't care about the problems of employees. In many cases you need to fight for career growth.
